JISC Digital Media is an advisory service that supports the academic community on the digital creation, management and use of still images, moving images and sound resources. As a JISC-funded service, JISC Digital Media supports FE and HE institutions in the UK. JISC Digital Media provides a number of services to support the creation, management and use of digital media:
- Technical information and advice - a website containing reports and documentation
- Helpdesk - which provides tailored advice on particular technical issues
- Mailing list and blog - to facilitate sharing by the community within the community
- Training - through workshops and seminars
